Hugh Piggott - Scoraig Wind Electric (Scotland) Hugh Piggott is a highly respected designer and builder of small wind turbines. His site contains much technical information and some commercially available machines are critically reviewed. Great pictures of turbines against dramatic Scoraig scenery too. Hugh also runs workshop courses and we like him because he tells it as it is (and as he says, Ampair wind and water turbines are about as near to fit and forget as you can get!)
